The Arrivals Halls and Ancillary Buildings project delivered a complete electrical, communications, audiovisual, and mechanical fit-out to support the functionality and comfort of the new facilities. 

Works included installation of mains cabling, underground infrastructure, and comprehensive power distribution to serve all building services and equipment.

Lighting was designed for both practicality and efficiency, with conventional switching, sensor controls in amenities, PE cell-controlled external lighting, and full emergency lighting coverage. 

The communications package provided new underground links, Cat6 network cabling, data pathways, cabinets, and patch panels, all fully tested and certified. Audiovisual installations featured TV reception points, ultra-short-throw projectors with wireless connectivity, powered speakers, HDMI inputs, and an advanced Jabra PanaCast video conferencing system for seamless Microsoft Teams and Zoom integration. 

Mechanical works included efficient split-system air conditioning across all occupied spaces, redundant cooling for the communications room, targeted ventilation for specialist areas, and fresh air systems for optimal indoor quality.
